Frequently Asked Questions

It will depend on the size of your property and condition of the house. It will also depend on access to the roof and under your house. It is likely to take a minimum of one hour onwards, for an average sized house.
Yes we can sure use Thermal imaging. Pending the age of the dwelling we will use this to determine whether there is any heat being conducted in the wall cavities from live white ants.
Once we have conducted the inspection and received payment our turn around can be 24hours.
All areas of your property will be investigated from top to bottom, yes that means crawling under the house and climbing into the roof cavity. We use technical equipment such as thermal imaging, moisture metres and colour digital photography. We note the property’s structural condition and evidence of pests are identified and reported, so that you know exactly what to expect from the property.
Yes we are more than happy to assist you in buying a copy of the report for a small administrative fee.
Yes you can, but you will have to clear this with the agent for the property. For safety reasons we can’t allow you to go into the roof, and not many people like to go under the house (if you really want to you can), but you are welcome to attend the inspection. Most of the time our clients will meet our inspector at the end of the inspection to run through the findings. If you can’t attend on the day, that’s ok our inspector will give you a call to discuss any potential findings that need to be brought to your attention on the day.
